NotoVet subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and merchant of record.

Billing support

Clinician review required. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals. It does not automatically refund a completed charge.

Canceling a subscription

You may cancel through the billing portal available from your NotoVet account. Access continues according to the cancellation timing shown in Paddle’s portal and your purchase terms.

Requesting a refund

Refund eligibility is determined under Paddle’s buyer refund policy and applicable consumer law. Use the manage-order or receipt link in Paddle’s purchase email, visit Paddle buyer support, or review Paddle’s refund policy.

How NotoVet can help

For trouble locating a transaction or opening the billing portal, email support@vetsoapnotesai.com. Include the account email and Paddle transaction or receipt reference, but never send payment-card details.

Mandatory rights

Nothing on this page limits refund, withdrawal, or cancellation rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.
