A clear agreement for a clinical documentation tool.

These terms describe the responsibilities that come with using NotoVet to prepare veterinary SOAP-note drafts.

Clinician review required. NotoVet is a drafting tool. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment advice, prescriptions, or a substitute for professional judgment.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using NotoVet, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and may use the service only for lawful, authorized purposes. The service is intended for licensed veterinary professionals, supervised veterinary team members, and students working under appropriate supervision.

2. The service

NotoVet organizes information you provide into a structured SOAP-note draft. Output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a patient or jurisdiction. You must independently review, edit, and approve every draft before relying on it or adding it to a medical record. Public and Solo audio transcription is not part of the current service.

3. Your responsibilities

Keep clinical control

Confirm every diagnosis, medication, dose, vital, result, procedure, owner instruction, and follow-up detail.

Use authorized information

Obtain required notice or consent and follow clinic, privacy, licensing, and record rules.

Protect access

Keep account credentials secure and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Preserve the final record

Move only clinician-approved content into the medical-record system required by your practice.

4. Prohibited uses

Do not use NotoVet to provide veterinary services without required qualifications, make unattended clinical decisions, submit false records, infringe another person’s rights, expose information you are not authorized to process, evade usage limits, probe the service, or interfere with its security or availability.

5. Accounts and paid plans

Free use is subject to published allowances and abuse controls. Solo subscriptions are processed by Paddle under the price, billing period, tax, cancellation, refund, and checkout terms shown when you purchase. Review our cancellation and refund policy. Pro and Clinic are waitlists, not generally available paid plans. Cancel active subscriptions through billing management before deleting an account.

6. Your content and NotoVet materials

You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant NotoVet the limited right to process it as needed to deliver, secure, and support the service. NotoVet’s software, branding, and original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

7. Availability, disclaimers, and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. NotoVet does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free output, clinical completeness, or fitness for every jurisdiction. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NotoVet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Changes and contact

Features and these terms may change as the product develops. Material revisions will be reflected by an updated date and, where appropriate, notice in the service. Questions can be sent to support@vetsoapnotesai.com.
